Clone info. Plasmid clone of Renilla luciferase reporter vector. The PacI fragment of pEXWS2L (W1005) is cloned into the EcoRV site of pKM2. The MCS1 is able to clone promoter region. The recombinant clone can use for dual-luciferase reporter assay.
