Clone info. Expression vector of human IL-12 (p40 and p35) driven by CA promoter. Regarding hIL12p40, cDNA fragment 43nt to 1029nt of NM_002187.2 is cloned. Regarding hIL12p35, cDNA fragment 170nt to 829nt of NM_000882.1 is cloned. However, this fragment corresponds 324nt to 983nt of recent version of the RefSeq (NM_000882.3, CDS = 222nt to 983nt).
Expression was confirmed with ELISA by depositor.
Known differences (at least): C to G substitution at 381nt of NM_002187.2 (Ser, synonym). T to C substitution at 961nt of NM_000882.1 (Met to Thr).
