Clone info. Shuttle vector to generate recombinant adenovirus harboring Sugano full-length cDNA clone, CBL05761 (Gene 200: 149-156 (1997)). This clone might have a DNA sequence corresponding 1nt to 1,730nt of NM_003914.4 as 1nt to 410nt and 1399nt to 1730nt of NM_003914.4 were observed. Known difference (at least): A to G sbstitution at 1548nt.
Comment Cre-recombinase is required to remove LNL stuffer sequence.
