Reporter plasmid carring 7 repeats the TCF-binding mutant sequence upsteam of the IFN-beta basal promoter followed the luciferase geme. p55Bluc was made by inserting the minimam promoter sequences of human IFNbeta gene into the MCS of PGV-B (TOYO B-Net CO., LTD). Expression was confirmed by depositor as follows: reporter assay.
Use as a negative control of pTcf7wtluc (cat.# RDB02968).
