Clone info. mRNA derived from mixed-stage C. elegans N2 strain, cDNA primed with both oligo dT and random primer. The complexity of this library was 2 x 10^6 and an average insert size was 1.8 kb at establishment.
Comment Provided as 1mL bacterial glycerol stock. A randomly picked lot of frozen stock had 1 to 2 x 10^8 colonies per mL in December 2018.
