Clone info. Expression vector of human HLA-DQB1 cDNA from EBV-B cells AMALA library, HLA-DQB1. cDNA fragment 23nt to 786nt of DQB1*03*01:22 is cloned. 1.5 kb of the genome sequence after the HLA-DQB1 stop codon in human chromosome 6 is inserted downstream of CDS 3'-ter.
Known differences (at least) : 1 to 22nt of the HLA-DQB1 are replaced to another 45 bases, the following amino acid sequence substitution occurs. MSWKKALRIPGG…GLLH[stop] > [stop]LAPGPVLFSSMVCLRIPGG...GLLH[stop]. Vector information has been corrected pTZ18R from pMAMneo (Nov. 14, 2017).
