Known differences (at least) : 1 to 22nt of the HLA-DQB1 are replaced to another 45 bases, the following amino acid sequence substitution occurs. MSWKKALRIPGG…GLLH[stop] > [stop]LAPGPVLFSSMVCLRIPGG...GLLH[stop]. Vector information has been corrected pTZ18R from pMAMneo (Nov. 14, 2017). |
